No. Pupsy AI is an informational tool that helps you organize observations and feel calm before a vet visit. It does not diagnose. When in doubt, always consult a veterinarian.
How does AI Analysis work?
Our AI model is trained on veterinary data and continuously improved in collaboration with veterinarians. The initial analysis helps you decide whether to visit a vet, but we always recommend consulting a veterinarian.
How is AI Chat different from AI Analysis?
AI Analysis is a quick way to organize symptoms — you answer a few questions and get a summary you can show your vet. AI Chat is a free-form conversation with an AI assistant about your pet's health, where you can ask any question about your pet's health, diet or behavior. Both features are available in the Premium plan.
Is my data safe?
Yes. We protect your data in line with GDPR. Data is encrypted, stored on secure servers and never shared with third parties without your consent.
How much does Pupsy cost?
The basic version of Pupsy is free — it includes vet search, health history and reminders. The Premium plan with AI features (analysis, chat, document scanner) and priority support is available in the app — pricing varies by region.
Which pet species are supported?
Pupsy currently supports dogs and cats. We are working on adding support for rabbits, guinea pigs and other popular companion animals.
Can I use AI for free?
AI features (AI Analysis, AI Chat and Document Scanner) are available exclusively in the Premium plan. Premium offers 50 AI analyses, 200 chat messages and 50 document scans per month.
How does the vet finder work?
The finder uses your location to show the nearest veterinary clinics. You'll see reviews, opening hours, phone numbers and one-tap navigation to the chosen clinic.
